What a crazy week! Work was stressful (Accountant life) and I missed several of my workouts. That’s not good for anybody!!! Exercise is my therapy and stress reliever. It keeps me grounded and a happy person. But I’m dedicated to my work and not capable of doing less than my best. I’ve got too many things going on. Full time demanding job, 2 gym memberships, personal trainer, Bootcamp, zumba fanatic….plus family and church time. I wish I could do the fitness life full time. Financially it just doesn’t make sense. Sigh.

There has to be a way to balance everything. Is it wrong to want it all?
