Monday Motivation

What’s your plan for this week?

  • My schedule is full with work, running and other workouts (even though I’m sore most of the time).
    I’m determined to stay on track for my half marathon training schedule and changing my intervals was a challenge this week. 2:1 is a big difference from 1:1.
    The CoreLife 21 day challenge starts in 2 days! At least my food prep is done.

There’s no time for excuses. It can get overwhelming with so much to do. I schedule everything on my iPhone calendar and post my plans for accountability. It works for me.

How do you get everything accomplished? Any tips you’d like to share?
