It wasn’t easy but I’m happy to say “I did it!”
21 days of eating healthy with no alcohol, no sugar and no gluten with workouts and intermittent fasting.
- I found that I snack more than I should.
- I learned that intermittent fasting is possible and has benefits but shouldn’t be done the week before a race.
- I felt good and more focused by eliminating sugar and gluten.
- I began to love eating more vegetables and lean protein.
- I lost 3.5 lbs.
The challenge ended yesterday but I am sticking to my new eating habits and limiting sugar. I am continuing my workouts and plan on measuring my progress again in one month. It feels good going into the new year with healthy habits.
