Day 9 was a fasting day. I had coffee, green tea and lots of water until 3 pm. I felt pretty good until after 2. I listened to my body and ate a banana. It was date night with my hubby so I ate dinner at Marina’s and had a few things I probably shouldn’t have- but had small portions. 😉
Day 10 was a normal eating day. I stayed on task all day while at work. On the way home, I was in a car accident and freaked out. I am fine and my car is fine thankfully. But I was a nervous wreck when I got home and ate some comfort food. Why do we do that?
