Day 8 was a normal eating day. I stayed on target with my eating and got my activity in too. Success!
Breakfast included oatmeal with half a banana and a teaspoon of Justin’s hazelnut butter! Can you say YUM? And it was enough to keep me full until lunch.
Lunch was a protein plate from CoreLife- grilled chicken with roasted root vegetables and a small mixed greens salad. Very tasty!
Dinner was a protein shake with almond/coconut milk after my workout!
On Wednesday we run, so I got 2 miles in before my training session. It was freezing! But I tend to run better in the cold, so I enjoyed it! Then I met my daughter to train at Golds gym. I think Tony G tried to kill us! But we survived!
