Day 6 of the challenge

Day 6 was a normal eating day within the guidelines. It was also a self care day for me after completing the half marathon. Breakfast was oatmeal with fruit and coffee with coconut milk creamer. Lunch was a yummy bbq chicken warm rice bowl from CoreLife. I saved half of it for dinner. After lunch I had a soothing massage from Betty Lee LMT and relaxed the rest of the day until my daily workout. I started a December challenge with one of my friends Strong4byV and completed day 3 before my strength training circuit. I got my water intake in and stuck to the plan. It was a good day!
