Day 5 of the challenge

Day 5 was an intermittent fasting day for breakfast and lunch. This worked out well since we were traveling home most of the day. The meal I had was at Cracker Barrel and was one of the lighter breakfast choices. Note: I will eat breakfast food anytime of the day! It was mostly compliant with my plan except for the biscuit I broke down and had.

I still stayed within my calorie goal so I call it a win. Back to no cheating tomorrow!
