Day 2 of the challenge

And here is the plan for today…

Fast day. No breakfast, lunch or dinner. Drink broth if you get hungry. Drink lots of green tea and water.

Today will be a challenge since I haven’t done an all day fast in 15 years at least- when I would do the Hollywood Diet for 2 days. Remember that?

I believe the bone broth will save me. It is noon now and I am feeling good. Today will be a non workout day but I plan on doing some walking or yoga.

One thing I have noticed is that I’m not hungry but feel like I should be eating out of habit. I expected to be starving! I have had unsweetened green tea and coffee so far. And my bone broth is on standby.

So far so good. πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
