New month New goals

Welcome August! What are your fitness goals this month?  

 
Here are mine:

  • Keep up the 5 workouts a week
  • Log my meals daily with my Fitbit 
  • Strive to hit my step goal every day
  • Work on getting enough sleep – according to Fitbit, I’m not getting enough
  • Try a new fitness class
