If you’ve followed me a while, you know I haven’t had much results with weight loss even though I’m a runner. (I thought that being a runner would equal weight loss, but not for me) I’ve tried different approaches to weight loss and it just hasn’t worked for me. Until now.
The results are small but noticeable. More noticeable are the NSV (non scale victories) the way I’m feeling, more energy, less bloating, and less sugar cravings. I’m thrilled with my results so far!
Clean eating and consistent exercise has been the answer to my weight issue. Sounds easy enough! I needed a back to basics plan and it works for me.
The exercise isn’t crazy either. It’s 30 minute workouts most days of the week. That fits even in my busy schedule! And I even miss the workouts on rest days.
