I’ve been off work for about two weeks now. More time for fitness!!!! I’ve been able to run every other day. Consistency has always been my problem but I’m working on that!!! I found a running group and ran with them twice. The hardest part was getting up at 4 am! But the coaches helped me a great deal with my breathing. As a girl that usually runs intervals, I’m happy to say that I ran 3 miles with no walk breaks today!
Now if I can just keep up the running after I start work on Monday, I’ll be happy!!!
