Stay on track Thursday

Today was a good day for staying on track with my eating healthy and exercise. I managed to stay under my calorie goal. I also tried a new fitness class at Golds gym called Body Combat. It was a high energy kickboxing cardio class. Loved it!! I also ran 2 miles on my half marathon training. I’ll sleep good tonight! πŸ’€
