February goals

It’s hard to believe that January is over. How are you doing on your resolutions/goals? I am pleased with myself but always need improvement.

For February, I will stay on track with running, continue to eat healthy and work on balance between work and family life. That last one is tough for me.

I signed up for another 5k in March. It’s the Special Kids race in my community.


I recently joined a running group on Facebook and joined their team for this race. I feel that joining this group was a great idea. I feel more motivated than ever!

I celebrated Go Red for Women day on Friday. Did you? Since heart disease runs in my family and I have risk factors for this, I have supported this cause for years.
