It’s been a good weekend so far. I started my Saturday off by having my breakfast of Kashi go Lean with Almond milk and iced coffee with protein powder. I planned on going to the gym so I was out the door by 9 and on my way. I did a walk/jog workout on the treadmill for 45 min then decided to do a fitness class for an hour! It was an intense class but I felt great after finishing!
After my workout, we planned on going to watch the Tennessee football game at one of our favorite places, since it was on pay per view.
I had a nice lunch during the game…a southwest chicken salad. It was very yummy!
Now I’m chillin at home with my hubby while my daughter is out with friends. It’s hard to believe she is almost 18!
