Sometimes I get discouraged in my training to run. My biggest complaint is the lack of time for training consistently. Maybe I should look for a new job….(just kidding). The one thing I have found to keep me on track, is signing up for races. If something is on my schedule, I’m more apt to do it. I found this article that reminds me of the benefits of running.
