Please explain to me….why even though I eat healthy (90% of the time) and exercise regularly, my weight on the scale will not change!!! My clothes fit better and I feel like I am toning and becoming stronger, BUT it is so frustrating go get on the scale and …NOTHING. I do feel better physically with more energy but I really wish I could drop a few pounds….well maybe more than a few. I’m sure the perimenopause has something to do with it, causing my metabolism to become almost nonexistent….but there has to be something more I can do. It is frustrating working so hard at living a healthy lifestyle with minimal results. Getting old really blows.
