I’m glad it’s Friday! It’s been a busy week and I am ready for some rest and relaxation. I also need to work out tonight after work. I think I will do some boxing. What a great way to relieve stress!! Check out my boxing gear….
Since I am walking in the Start Heart Walk on Sunday, I plan on taking a day off from working out on Saturday. I am planning on going to the salon for a color and spending time with my family.
The goal for the weekend is to stay on track for my healthy eating. The weekends are always hard for me. Give me strength!
